Phil dalhausser | Head coach
Phil has played 19 seasons of professional beach volleyball. He has played in 4 Olympic Games (Beijing, London, Rio de Janeiro and Tokyo) winning Gold in Beijing. Phil has 97 professional wins ranking him 5th on the all time list. He also has the most individual awards out of any player in beach volleyball history.
Jen Dalhausser | Assistant Coach
Jen Dalhausser played indoor collegiately at Ventura College, where in her first season she led her team to the state semi-finals and was a second-team all-Western State Conference member. The next season she led the conference in digs and kills while being named both the Women's Volleyball Athlete of the Year as well as the Academic Athlete of the Year. She left the school number two all-time in kills, digs and aces and third in blocks.
She then transferred to Tennessee State, where she was selected honorable mention all-Ohio Valley Conference, Team Captain and MVP, junior and senior year.
In 2006 she began the transition into beach volleyball. She qualified 4 times on the AVP Tour.
Schylar Lillethorup | Assistant Coach
Schylar grew up playing beach volleyball for fun while he pursued a competitive indoor career as his father, who taught him everything, was an open beach player for most of his childhood. His indoor career brought him to California State University, Northridge as team captain and setter for their Division 1 volleyball team. He also made the 17u junior national team, 2x AAU All-American and 1x AAU All-American MVP.
